You helped make Emma and EB a global phenomenon!

You made Run to 40 the success it was. Thanks to you, Emma and Colin’s efforts have reached new heights. Your dedication has truly made a difference for Emma and everyone affected by EB.

Nearly 300 individuals, groups, companies, and marathon runners joined Emma’s Run to 40 challenge, raising over €100,000. And thanks to the incredible response from Emma’s appearance on the Late Late Show and the marathon, the story of people with EB reached over 315 million people in October, with an astounding €854,000 raised so far.This is a direct result of contributions from people like you, Alejandra, who believe in the importance of our mission.

While EB remains medically rare, thanks to you it’s no longer rare to the Irish community. EB is now more widely understood, recognised, and supported – a transformation made possible by the powerful coverage we achieved.This campaign has truly put EB on the map. Thanks to this awareness, we’re more hopeful than ever that we can continue building a strong foundation of support for families living with EB.
